Open Architecture Network is an online, open source community dedicated to improving living conditions through innovative and sustainable designs. Its a brainchild of Architecture for Humanity and is supported by Sun Microsystems, AMD, Creative Commons among other partners.

BPO Canada initially was involved with the OAN project as advisors to help them in the development of project by taking R&D tasks and giving our inputs in terms of technology, best practices, Drupal Standards, etc. It helped them immensely in taking decisions during critical stages of the project.
