Roshan Shah founded BPO Canada in March of 2006. Before founding BPO Canada Roshan had the opportunity to get associated with world-class organizations like HP, IBM-Unisource, JP Morgan, Macmillan Computer Publishing, Larsen and Toubro Infotech, GAP, Satyam, Gloscon, Speedware and Peerflix.

Roshan has significant experience in managing outsourcing of application development and technical support while building high performance software teams. Roshan brings this wealth of experience to BPO Canada to drive it to become the leader in Canada and Asia's software industry.

Roshan - a Certified Project Manager - is a Computer Engineering graduate with Advanced Diploma in Enterprise Management and Diploma in Business Finance. Roshan has worked across US, Singapore, India and Canada.

Roshan Shah currently holds the Board of Director position for Open Educator Project.

Len Layton, Director of Sales, BC, Canada

Len Layton has over 15 years of high technology development, commercialization and licensing experience in Australia, the USA, Taiwan, Japan and Canada. Before joining BPO Canada, Len started up and ran his own audio technology business and designed, built and successfully sold products for the global market.

From 2003, Len has also represented Taiwan-based audio integrated circuit manufacturer C-Media Electronics in North America initiating several new products and closing technology licensing deals for the company.

From 2002 to 2003 Len was Director of Account Management for Dolby Laboratories in San Francisco, where he established and led the company’s licensing account management team.

Prior to Dolby, Len was CEO of Lake Technology Limited, an audio technology licensing company, subsequently acquired by Dolby Laboratories. Len was instrumental in Dolby licensing the technology behind Dolby Headphone, which Lake Technology had created. Len was a key executive involved in the company’s IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange in November 1999.

Len joins the BPO Canada team as interim Sales Director and will take the position of CEO once Roshan moves to India in end 2007 for expansion of company’s Drupal and Ruby on Rails practice.

Aaron Franks, Technical Consultant, Vancouver, BC, Canada

Aaron has over 18 months solid Drupal expertise both as developer and as user. With the capacity of Technical Consultant based out of Vancouver, Aaron helps in requirements gathering and putting solutions architecture for Drupal projects.

Pavel Garcia, Creative Designer, Vancouver, BC, Canada

Pavel has over 7 years strong Design experience. He has multiple degrees in Design, Animation and has strong Creative eye. He is a consultant to BPO Canada and participates to develop strong identity and layout for BPO Canada’s Drupal Clients.

Dheeraj Dagliya, Director, Professional Services

Dheeraj heads the Ahmedabad Office for Drupal Designs Software Services Pvt Limited. as Director – Professional Services. He has proven expertise in Requirement Analysis & Project Management. He brings with himself a rich experience of 6 years in IT field and provides a platform for seamless execution of projects.

He has worked on several web based development projects and successfully managed projects with US and Australian clients.

His domain expertise lies in Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System.
