Founder
Rina Shah
Rina Shah is the Founder of BPO Canada, a Canadian business process outsourcing company helping organizations scale with AI-enabled customer operations, finance operations, talent support, and digital transformation strategies designed for long-term value.
As a Canadian citizen and US lawful permanent resident, Rina brings firsthand insight into cross-border growth, compliance, and operational resilience. She holds a BSc in Microbiology from Gujarat University and an MLT qualification, blending scientific rigor with a practical understanding of healthcare, operations, and service excellence.
Her leadership background includes serving as Director at Gloscon Solutions Private Limited and leading the recruitment firm Reputa India, where she built expertise across operations, technology, and talent strategy. She is also the Managing Trustee of New Abilities Foundation, supporting teenagerstartups.com, and a Partner in India Angel Forum.
Through Bodylia Life Sciences LLP, Rina supports premium, evidence-based nutraceutical and herbal formulations in India, bringing together wellness innovation, operational discipline, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. Her experience reflects a blend of strategic leadership, business execution, and founder-first support across health, talent, and growth ecosystems.
